Eat enough food to meet your body’s needs.

You should choose a menu that will warm your body and it freshly cooked, not too hot or too cold. You can classify the necessary foods according to your age as follows:

  • Infancy

From birth until 6 months of age, it is best to give them breast milk. Because breast milk has all the nutrients that babies need. After weaning, at 6 months of age and up, they may given mashed food to practice chewing. Salt, sugar, or other seasonings should not add to prevent children from becoming addicted to sweet or salty foods.

  • Childhood 1-5 years

Preschoolers aged 1-5 years should be fed small meals and include nutritious snacks. Train children to eat vegetables by cutting them into small pieces and inserting them into their food.

When entering school age 6-12 years, more importance should given to breakfast and emphasis should place on eating all 5 food groups, supplemented by ยูฟ่าเบท drinking more milk or dairy products. Train children to exercise

Exercise is important. Encourage your child to exercise. That requires the use of all parts of the body, such as swimming, football, volleyball, etc. Children should exercise at least 2-3 times a week and each time they exercise. They should exercise for 60 minutes, divide into 30 minutes of exercise and 5 minutes of rest to give the body time to rest and recover.
